Manitoba is one of the leading Provinces, in Canada to receive immigrants. Canada as a whole, seems to welcome different cultures and really does live up to its multicultural label.  Do you know the Nationality that makes upthe greater amount of students in the Winnipeg # 1 school division?

Aboriginal Self Government Financial problems

Today in class, February 23, 2009, an article on Treaty settlements was distributed. Also in today's Free Press on pg A10, an editorial also commented on "funding abuse." Is this a common problem in Aboriginal self-government? What would be your suggestion to stop or correct this situation?
